Why you should trade in the first hour as market open?

As I said above, the opening price is very important, similarly the first hour of the market has huge volumes of traders, which means that there are a lot of buyers and sellers which gives a very good advantage to the trader in terms of achieving his/her set price point or target. After the first hour the market becomes kind of sluggish. Therefore its always advisable to start trading early in the first hour of the market open timing.
