What is Buy Target?

We learned about stop loss and targets earlier. Tha price point at which the buyer thinks the stock will reach and sets his order accordingly is the buy target. e.g. Person A buys stock XYZ for INR 250 and thinks that stock price will rise to 260, then he sets the Target as 260.
